Guest Rooms...
There are two guest rooms on the second floor divided by a sitting room and full bathroom. In fact, the entire second floor suite would be an ideal setting for parties traveling together. (Please call as special rates would apply.)
Each of the guest rooms has lush spa quality robes, towels and fine linens. During the summer months air conditioners and fans are in all the rooms.
Deluxe Queen Bedroom
The queen sized 4 poster bed and gas fireplace invite you into this lovely romantic room. The picture window overlooks the Farmington River and the private veranda draws you outside to sit and enjoy the beautiful gardens and gazebo. The private collection of antique radios and books await your perusal.
Regular/Holiday rate: $165 per night
Off Season rate: $135 per night
Sitting Room
The suite includes a comfortable shared sitting room between the guest bedrooms. A brewing station for coffee and tea is provided for those eager for a fresh cup to start their day. A small refrigerator is available for use and is stocked with bottled water.
Please note that in addition to the shared sitting room, the bathroom is also shared.
For stays of a week or more, or for those wishing to book the entire 2nd floor
(ideal for complete privacy or for travelling with friends or family)

Regular rates are in effect from Memorial Day through Fall Foliage Season (including Columbus Day). Holidays include Valentine's Day, President's Day, Easter, Passover, Rosh Hashanah, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's. Note that days before or after a holiday (or weekends) may be included in the holiday rate. Please call or email for pricing when making reservations on or near a holiday.
A note about pets: We are animal lovers and have a brood of our own, but we keep them out of the second floor guest suite for the consideration of guests with pet allergies. Summit Kennels is about 12 minutes up Route 57 in Tolland. They have our highest recommendation. Their address is 192 Schoolhouse Road, Tolland, MA (413) 258-2590.
