The Hillside Garden Inn is the perfect place for an intimate affair.  The gazebo, beautiful gardens and grounds are available to rent for special occasions with a minimum 2 night stay.

 

Room Rates:

 

Single night, weekend/holiday* stays, when available, higher rates will apply.

 

*Valentines Day, Good Friday thru Easter Sunday, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Eve thru weekend, December 24 thru January 1.

 

Reservations:

 

A reservation for a one-night stay must be paid in full at the time of scheduling, including applicable taxes.  A reservation for two or more nights requires a 50% deposit of the total stay, including taxes. The balance of your stay is due upon check-in.

We must have a valid credit card number on file at the time of your booking, even if you are paying the balance by other means.

The preferred methods of payment are by cash or check.  All credit card transactions with be subject to a 5% convenience fee.

 

Check In/Check Out:

 

We will be awaiting your arrival between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Arrangements for late arrivals should be made in advance.

Checkout times are 10-11:00 a.m.  Late checkout may be available if our schedule allows.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

Making a reservation at a bed and breakfast is not the same as making a hotel reservation. Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly.  A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking a room. For this reason we uphold a strict cancellation policy.

 

A (15) day advance notice is required for cancelling or changing your reservation to receive a refund.  A $25 processing fee may be applicable.

 

However, a (30) day advance notice is required to cancel a reservation for multiple rooms, holidays or a 1 night stay on weekends and to receive a refund and avoid a $25 processing fee per room.

 

Cancellation within 24 hours of your arrival date and no-shows are also responsible for full payment including a $25 processing fee/per room of their entire reservation.

 

 

Gift Certificates:

 

Gift Certificates make the perfect gift are available in any amount, are subject to all standard booking policies, including minimum stay requirements. Please take the time to read our policies before making a reservation. We welcome your inquiries and look forward to speaking with you.  Gift Certificates are available in denominations from $50.00 and up. They are valid until one year after date of issue and are non-refundable, nor can they be redeemed for cash.
