We will do everything possible to make your stay a most pleasant and enjoyable experience.  Our rates and policies are subject to change without notice and vary by season, so please feel free to contact us with any questions.  The Hillside Garden Inn is the perfect place for an intimate affair.  The gazebo, beautiful gardens and grounds are available to rent for special occasions with a minimum 2 night stay.

 

Room Rates:

 

Rates are listed on our Guest Rooms page.  Single night or weekend/holiday stays may book at a higher rate.

Reservations:

 

A minimum 2 night stay is highly recommended. A single night stay may be arranged at our discretion.  Payment by check or cash is preferred.  We do not accept credit cards at this time.

 

Check In/Check Out:

 

We will be awaiting your arrival between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Arrangements for early or late arrivals should be made in advance.  Checkout times are 10-11:00 a.m. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

Making a reservation at a bed and breakfast is not the same as making a hotel reservation. Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly.  A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking a room. For this reason we uphold a strict cancellation policy.

 

Fifteen (15) day advance notice is required for cancelling or changing your reservation to receive a refund.  A $25 processing fee may be applicable.

 

Cancellation within 24 hours of your arrival date and no-shows are also responsible for full payment including a $25 processing fee/per room of their entire reservation.

 

 

Gift Certificates:

 

Gift Certificates make the perfect gift and are available in any amount.  They are subject to all standard booking policies, including minimum stay requirements.   We welcome your inquiries and look forward to speaking with you.
